Fourth of July Events in San Diego County and Temecula
While the list might not be as long as in the past, there are a few local events happening to celebrate Independence Day. So throw on your favorite patriotic wear, read up on the recent health and safety advisories and consider one of these local events! As with all planned celebrations, double check before you attend to learn of any updates or changes that may occur.
Seaworld. If you’d like to combine a day at the park with a mini-celebration, Seaworld in San Diego has resumed its nightly fireworks show. So if you’re present on July 4, you’ll get a fifteen minute fireworks feast!
Big Bay Boom. California’s largest fireworks show, Big Bay Boom, will be presented on July 4 in San Diego Bay. Fireworks will be launched from four barges beginning at 9 pm. You can watch from the land or the sea, and the show is a salute to military families.
San Diego County Fair. The San Diego County Fair is open by reservation. Classic fair activities like deep fried food, a Ferris wheel, shopping in the exhibit hall are all happening up until July 4. And at 8:30 on July 4, fireworks are back!
Fourth Of July Family Fun & Fireworks. On July 4 the City of Temecula will host an all-day festival with a fireworks show at 9 p.m. at the Ronald Reagan Sports Park. The day will include food, music, vendors and arts and crafts.
An Old Fashioned Fourth of July & Fireworks. Step back in time at Old Poway Park in Poway for its turn-of-the-century-inspired event that includes entertainment, western reenactments, arts and crafts, games and train rides.
