Easy to care for plants. Don’t select a plant that will require googling for directions or that’s super sensitive to being ignored…pick a plant like an aloe vera, Christmas cactus, jade plant or a trailing pothos.
Homeowner tool kit. Similar to a sturdy toolbox, this handy dandy kit has all the basics like a screwdriver, small hammer, etc., but also comes with items like a small tape measure, thumb tacks, scissors, box cutter, etc. for real everyday maintenance.
